Created a set of invitations for “Swim To Gym”, a events hosted by SWIM MIAMI during the 2017 swim week. Fitness businesses offered classes for guests to participate in through-out the week.

A great opportunity to collaborate with multiple businesses.

With the Swim To Gym event, I communicated with each fitness business to create invites that upheld their brand guidelines while integrating with the Swim Miami event motif. I created a template to create continuity between events, and sent each invite to the brands to provide feedback and ultimately approve.

I also created a timeline of events to be placed in the attendees rooms at the hotel so they could plan to participate. Each day the invites for the next day were slipped under their door at the hotel to formally invite them to participate.
